Oliver is a lifestyle photographer, but somehow different to the common lifestyle photographers. His work has more depth. Oliver reckons: “My photographs look authentic because people feel comfortable with me.” Being nice with people is Oliver’s way of life and not just to get people to do something. He gains real trust from everyone he photographs. Maybe this makes Oliver’s pictures look different, more intense, more special. Because of my background as an advertising creative, I am always aware of the subtle conceptual differences of the agencies ideas. My work is always on brief and at the same time my photographs look authentic. Never an expression looks forced or artificial and certainly it always feels real and you believe what you see as it was real life. Oliver likes his work very much. so he always delivers a lot of additional material for completing the shooting result. This is always welcome for having a rich set of extra content shots.
Oliver’s portfolio is covering a wide range of lifestyle and people themes. From complex set up scenes like little film settings to more spontaneous editorial series. He is also mixing these different types of photography. That explains why his editorial images sum up even complex issues in a single image.
Thank you to all who kept me busy in 2019 and for all the great new opportunities. Hoping to meet in 2020 just as many great people as this year – or even more.
Wish you a wonderful Christmas break and all the best for the upcoming New Year.
Kind regards, Oliver
